Adding Staff Members
Add cashiers and other staff members to help run your business.
User Limits
Your account has a user limit (default: 3 users). If you need more:
- Go to Staff in the menu
- Click Request More when at your limit
- Fill in how many users you need and why
- Wait for admin approval
Steps to Add Staff
- Go to Staff in the menu
- Click Add Staff
- Fill in their details:
- Name: Staff member's name
- Email: Their email address
- Role: Usually Cashier
- Branches: Which branches they can access
- Choose invitation method:
- Email: They receive a link to set password
- PIN: You set a 4-digit PIN for quick login
- Both: Email link + PIN access
- Set their permissions
- Click Save

Tips
- Use PIN for cashiers who share devices
- Use email for managers who need full access
- Always set appropriate permissions
