Adding Staff Members

Add cashiers and other staff members to help run your business.

User Limits

Your account has a user limit (default: 3 users). If you need more:

  1. Go to Staff in the menu
  2. Click Request More when at your limit
  3. Fill in how many users you need and why
  4. Wait for admin approval

Steps to Add Staff

  1. Go to Staff in the menu
  2. Click Add Staff
  3. Fill in their details:
    • Name: Staff member's name
    • Email: Their email address
    • Role: Usually Cashier
    • Branches: Which branches they can access
  4. Choose invitation method:
    • Email: They receive a link to set password
    • PIN: You set a 4-digit PIN for quick login
    • Both: Email link + PIN access
  5. Set their permissions
  6. Click Save

PIN Quick POS access Uses PIN to login at POS

Tips

  • Use PIN for cashiers who share devices
  • Use email for managers who need full access
  • Always set appropriate permissions
