Expand your business with multiple branches.

Creating a Branch

  1. Go to Branches in the menu
  2. Click Add Branch
  3. Fill in:
    • Name: Branch name (e.g., "Downtown Store")
    • Code: Short code (e.g., "DT")
    • Address: Branch location
    • Phone: Contact number
  4. Click Save

Main Branch

Your first branch is the "Main Branch". It:

  • Cannot be deleted
  • Is the default for new products
  • Contains your primary data

Branch Settings

Each branch can have:

  • Its own staff members
  • Separate inventory
  • Individual reports

Assigning Staff to Branches

  1. Go to Branches
  2. Click Users on a branch
  3. Add staff members to that branch
  4. Set their default branch

Switching Branches

Use the branch switcher in the sidebar to:

  • View different branch data
  • Process sales for specific branches
  • Check branch-specific reports
