Multi-Branch Setup
Expand your business with multiple branches.
Creating a Branch
- Go to Branches in the menu
- Click Add Branch
- Fill in:
- Name: Branch name (e.g., "Downtown Store")
- Code: Short code (e.g., "DT")
- Address: Branch location
- Phone: Contact number
- Click Save
Main Branch
Your first branch is the "Main Branch". It:
- Cannot be deleted
- Is the default for new products
- Contains your primary data
Branch Settings
Each branch can have:
- Its own staff members
- Separate inventory
- Individual reports
Assigning Staff to Branches
- Go to Branches
- Click Users on a branch
- Add staff members to that branch
- Set their default branch
Switching Branches
Use the branch switcher in the sidebar to:
- View different branch data
- Process sales for specific branches
- Check branch-specific reports
