Account & Access

How do I reset my password? Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive a link to reset your password.

Can I add more users? Yes! Go to Settings and add new users. You can assign them as cashiers with limited access.

Sales & Transactions

Can I edit a completed sale? Completed sales cannot be edited. You can void the transaction and create a new one.

How do I print receipts? After completing a sale, click the print button. Make sure your receipt printer is connected.

Products

How do I import products? Currently, products must be added manually. Bulk import is coming soon.

Can I have the same product at different prices? Create variations of the product with different names and prices.

How do I contact support? Use the feedback button in the app or email our support team.
