Voiding a Transaction
Sometimes you may need to void a transaction due to mistakes or returns.
How to Void
- Go to Transactions in the menu
- Find the transaction you want to void
- Click on the transaction to view details
- Click the Void button
- Confirm the void action
Important Notes
- Only today's transactions can be voided
- Voided transactions are marked but not deleted
- Inventory is automatically restored when voiding
- A reason should be noted for accounting purposes
When to Void
- Customer changed their mind
- Wrong items were scanned
- Price errors discovered
- Duplicate transactions
