Login Issues
I can't log in
- Check your email and password are correct
- Make sure Caps Lock is off
- Try resetting your password
- Clear your browser cache
Session expired For security, sessions expire after inactivity. Simply log in again.
Display Issues
Page looks broken
- Refresh the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)
- Clear browser cache
- Try a different browser
Mobile display problems Sasampa POS works best on tablets and desktops. Some features may be limited on small phones.
Printing Issues
Receipt won't print
- Check printer is on and connected
- Check printer has paper
- Try printing a test page from your computer
- Restart the browser
Data Issues
Products not showing
- Check you're viewing the correct category
- Refresh the page
- Check products are marked as active
